The Vessels module can be found in the left navigation bar under Settings. The system automatically creates a record for each vessel under your account.
Depending on the vessel's status (Active or Inactive), a special modal with vessel details will be displayed to your agencies when they access their accounts.
Ensure that the vessel information is always up to date to provide agencies with accurate and current details about your vessels, making it easier for them to manage and share this information.
To edit vessel details, click the three-dot menu to the right of the vessel and select "Edit" (or simply click on the vessel name in the list). This will open a window with the vessel's details.
Vessel details are organized into several tabs:
Description (contains key vessel characteristics and a text field for adding a vessel description)
Facilities & Amenities
Diving (skip this section if you do not provide diving services)
Technical Details
Media

Navigate between the tabs and fill in as much information as possible. Once completed, save your changes and activate the vessel using the three-dot menu.
After activation, the vessel's name will be highlighted in the Availability module, and its details will also be accessible via the Trip Details modal. Additionally, this information can also be accessed by agencies via API.
The vessel name will also be highlighted on the booking widget, and its details will be available to users.
