Your waiting list enquiry

  • Email is sent to the Guest after he/she submits an enquiry to get on a waiting list via widget

  • Email is sent to the Agent after he/she submits an enquiry to get on a waiting list via Agency Portal

  • Email is sent to the Guest or Agent after Fleet manager submits an enquiry to get on a waiting list via Fleet cabinet

New waiting list enquiry

Email is sent to the Fleet Manager when Agent or Guest or Fleet manager himself submits an enquiry to get on a waiting list

News on your waiting list enquiry

The email is automatically sent to Fleet manager(s), Agent (if applicable) and Guest (if applicable) when waitlist inquiry spaces become available for booking

Your waiting list enquiry Declined

Email is sent to Agent / Guest when waiting list enquiry was rejected by the Fleet manager

Private charter request

Email is sent to Fleet manager(s) of the corresponding fleet after Agent/Guest sends a request for Free dates charter

Your private charter request

  • Email is sent to the Guest after he/she submits a private charter request via widget

  • Email is sent to the Agent after he/she submits a private charter request via Agency Portal
