How to manage notification settings

The Notifications management feature allows you to control which system notifications are sent to guests, agencies, and your internal users.

Manage notifications sending (Guests & Agencies)

You can enable or disable specific notifications for guests and agencies.

  1. Go to Settings > General Settings.

  2. Scroll to the Email notifications section.

  3. Enable Manage notifications by selecting "Yes".

  4. A list of notification types will appear. Use the checkboxes to disable notifications for guests and/or agencies:

  • New option notifications

  • Option/booking status change notifications

  • Option/booking cancellation notifications

  • Payment notifications

  • Payment reminders

  • Guest form notifications

  • Guest form reminders

  • Waiting list notifications

Manage notifications receiving (Internal Users)

You can customize which notifications each user of your team receives.

  1. Go to Settings > Users.

  2. Click on a required User

  3. Make sure Allow system notifications is enabled.

  4. Select the notification types the user should receive:

  • New option notifications

  • Option/booking status change notifications

  • Option/booking cancellation notifications

  • Payment notifications

  • Payment reminders

  • Guest form notifications

  • Waiting list notifications

Tip: You won’t be able to save changes in the Add/Edit User modal if “Allow system notifications” is enabled and no notification types are selected. Also, individual notification settings won’t be available if you receive all notifications via the consolidated email.
