The Multilingual support allows Operators and their users to set preferred languages for platform content, widgets, notifications, invoices, and guest forms, ensuring consistent communication and a more convenient booking process.
Multilingual Support is available as an add-on, currently offering French, with additional languages available upon request. We use AI-powered tools to translate both platform content and the interface, with all interface translations - including notifications - verified by native speakers for clarity and accuracy.
Multilingual Settings
Before you can start using multilingual settings, our support team needs to enable this feature for your profile. Once enabled, you will see a new block in the left navigation bar called Multilingual settings.
In the Content and notifications language section, you can select the language in which you want to view the platform content and receive notifications. Currently, English is available. More languages will be added in the future
Enable the PDF Invoice Translation option if you want PDF invoices to be available in multiple languages. This makes invoices more accessible for international guests and agencies
Choose the Allowed Guest Form Languages that you accept for guest form submissions. Guests and agencies will see these selected languages as available options when completing forms
For each fleet user, multilingual preferences are configured individually.
Click on the user name icon in the bottom left corner
Select Change language (Currently, English and French are available)
When the Multilingual feature is enabled, a new field called Communication language will appear in each booking. Operators can also adjust this setting at any time if needed. This ensures smoother interaction between fleets and international guests.
The agent can choose the communication language for the booking, which will be used to display content and for all options or booking-related notifications sent to the agency or guests during option creation.
When downloading an invoice by clicking the three-dot menu, you will be able to choose from the available languages.
Display on the widget
In each widget’s settings, under Select widget language, you can choose one or several languages for the widget display.
If multiple languages are selected, a language switcher will appear in the top-right corner of the widget.
