How to manage multilingual settings for Agencies

The Multilingual feature allows Agencies and Guests to set a preferred language for the platform interface. Where enabled by vessel operators, Guests and Agencies can also access translated content and complete the booking process - including related notifications - in their chosen language.

We use AI-powered tools to translate both platform content and the interface, with all interface translations - including notifications - verified by native speakers for clarity and accuracy.

Multilingual support is currently available in English and French, with additional languages planned for the future.

System and Content Language

You can manage the language settings under General settings β†’ Region β†’ Language. This option allows you to:

  • Set the default language for the system interface

  • Define how operator content is displayed*

  • Configure the default language for option- and booking-related notifications*

  • Configure the default language for system notifications

    * where enabled by vessel operators

Additional features*

  • PDF Invoice Translation: When downloading an invoice by clicking the three-dot menu, you will be able to choose from the available languages

  • Guest Form Languages. Guests and agencies can choose their preferred language from the list of options enabled by the operator when completing forms

  • When the Multilingual feature is enabled for an Operator, a new field called Communication language will appear in each booking. The Agent can choose the communication language when placing a booking, which will be used to display content and for all options or booking-related notifications sent to the agency

* Additional features are only available for Operators with enabled multilingual support.
