Log in to your account

Go to: https://client.elementpay.io/login. Enter your Username and Password to sign in.

Create API Keys

You`ll be asked to confirm by entering your password.

Create a Webhook

  • Fill in the fields:

  1. Description: (optional) e.g. Successfully paid or rejected

  2. Events: select payment.paid and payment.rejected

4. Click the “Create Endpoint” button.

Reveal the Signing Secret Key

  • Open the created webhook endpoint by clicking on the endpoint row

  • Click “Reveal” next to the Signing secret key. This key will be needed later in the Inseanq system

Create a Payment Method in Inseanq

In your Inseanq profile, go to “Settings” “Payment Methods” “Create”. Fill in the following fields:

  • Type: Select Payment by card

  • Currency: select the currency of your ElementPay account

  • Payment system: Select ElementPay

  • Merchant Key: Paste the Merchant Key from ElementPay, which you created in Step 2. In the ElementPay profile, navigate to “Settings” → “API Keys” and find the “Merchant Key” field

Do NOT copy the “Secret Key” on this step.

  • Webhook Signing secret key: Copy the Signing secret key from the ElementPay webhook that you created in Step 4. In the ElementPay profile, navigate to “Settings” → “Webhooks” → click on the created Webhook → find the “Signing secret key” block and click “Reveal”. You`ll be asked to confirm by entering your password.

Done! 🎉

After completing these steps, ElementPay is connected and ready for processing payments inside the Inseanq system.

To configure payment options in LightAPI or to switch your account to live mode, please contact the ElementPay technical support team. Also note that the created configuration is compatible with online payments only (credit cards / mobile banking).
