How to create Credit note PDF

You can now create a Credit note PDF (available on the Pro+ plan) to share the created credit note with guests and agencies.

To create a Credit Note PDF:

  • Go to the Credit notes records tab for the required Guest or Agency under the Customers

  • Click the three-dot menu next to the chosen credit note

  • Select Manage Credit Note PDF

  • In the Create/Edit Credit note PDF window, enter the required information that will appear on the invoice:

Recipient

Follow the hint in the field and enter the recipient details, placing each item on a new line (for Agencies details pre-populated with the Agency information):

  • Name

  • Street

  • City and Postal Code

  • Country

  • Phone

  • Email

Company issued

Follow the hint in the field and enter the recipient details, placing each item on a new line:

  • Company name

  • Address

  • Country

  • Contact details

Description

In this field, provide a short description of what this document covers (e.g. rescheduled services, booking reference, or reason for issue).

Terms of use

Specify how this document can be used. Add each condition on a new line (e.g. validity, restrictions, transferability, booking conditions).

  • Click Save to save the credit note PDF, or Save & Download if you would also like to download it immediately.
