Here's a summary of the automatic notifications :
New Guest Form is Available
Guest is invited to access and fill out the online guest form
Agent (if applicable) gets notified that their client needs to fill out the form
Guest Form is Submitted and Waiting for Review
Vessel is notified that a form was submitted and is available for review
Agent (if applicable) is notified that a form is submitted and is available for review
Guest Form is Reopened
Guest is advised that the form was re-opened allowing them to edit/add missing information
Agent (if applicable) is advised that the form was re-opened allowing them to edit/add missing information
Guest Form is Approved (Guest is Cleared for Boarding)
Guest is notified that their form is approved
Agent (if applicable) is notified that their client's form is approved
Guest Form is Rejected (Not Cleared for Boarding)
Guest is notified that their form is rejected
Agent (if applicable) is notified that their client's form is rejected
Delete data request
Email is sent by the system when the client sends a removal request of the GF, and the Fleet Manager receives a notification
Guest form first reminder
Email is sent by the system if Guest Form status is either New OR In Progress AND 5 days (120 hrs) left before GF submitting deadline.
Guest form last reminder
Email is sent by the system if Guest Form status is either New OR In Progress AND 1 day (24 hrs) left before GF submitting deadline.
