Agents
Commission by default : specify the standard commission rate % that agents earn on confirmed bookings
Tip: commission rate % can be customized for each agent if needed - see Agents Setup for more details.
Instant optioning : selecting 'Yes' enables agents to directly create options (instantly putting spaces on hold) for a specified number of days; selecting 'No' allows agents to submit requests for spaces that require your review and approval to put an option
Option duration : number of days before option automatically expires if booking not confirmed

Enable adding Extra Services while booking
Enabling adding extra services will create an additional step to a booking flow. A separate page to select extra services while booking will appear. Please indicate if you would like to make this page available to Agents and/or Fleet managers
Deadlines
Indicate the latest time limit for the guest form application to be submitted prior to the trip start date
Guest forms
Prevent gender change in guest forms.
When enabled, the gender field cannot be edited in the guest form by either guests or agencies. This setting does not apply to full charter reservations, unless the Release on Sale feature has been used
Email notifications
If you would like to receive all notifications to one consolidated inbox select ‘Yes’ and enter the email address accordingly
Region
Specify your timezone in the drop-down menu. Please note that option expiry, payment due dates and other time based features will reference this setting.
Units & Currency
Specify metric or imperial units, as well as default currency for each vessel
