Discounts setup is found under the Prices tab of the left navigation bar
You can create multiple standard discounts, including loyalty programs, price reductions for non-diving guests, discounts for return customers and seniors, or other custom discounts and then manually apply them when managing options/bookings.
New discount setup
You can set up 2 types of discounts: defined and undefined. Defined discounts comprise the value itself (% or fixed amount), whereas undefined discounts will give you an opportunity to imply custom value while applying the discount to the booking. Basically, undefined discounts are meant to set up a specific type in the dictionary while the value can be modified to suit a particular need.
To set up a new discount click 'create' on top of the screen.
To create Defined discount specify the name of the discount
Select 'apply discount per booking total' or 'apply discount per guest'
Specify % (alternatively, you can specify $ amount)
Click 'save'
To create Undefined discount specify the name of the discount
Click 'save'
Tip: When you are managing options or bookings you will be able to choose from the discount selection you set up here
Tip : Defined discounts will be applied in accordance with the settings above. You will need to specify amount or % when applying Undefined discount
Editing a discount
To modify a discount click the triple dot symbol to the right of the discount and click 'edit'. Update the details as needed and click 'save'
