Automated email notifications sent by the system in response to trigger events related to the Options/booking flow

New instant option

Email is sent to Fleet manager(s), Agent (if applicable) and Guest (if applicable) after Fleet manager/Agent/Guest (via widget) creates a new instant option

New option - needs verification

Email is sent to Fleet manager(s), Agent (if applicable) and Guest (if applicable) after Agent or Guest (via widget) creates a new option and it needs to be verified by the Fleet manager

Option is verified

Email is sent to Fleet manager(s), Agent (if applicable) and Guest (if applicable) after Fleet manager verifies an option

Option expiration

Email is sent to Fleet manager(s), Agent (if applicable) and Guest (if applicable) after the option has automatically expired

Option expiration date has been changed

Email is sent to Fleet manager(s), Agent (if applicable) and Guest (if applicable) if the option expiration date was changed by the Fleet manager

Option/booking is cancelled

Email is sent to Fleet manager(s), Agent (if applicable) and Guest (if applicable) after the option has been canceled by the Fleet manager

Updated reservation details

Email is sent to Fleet manager(s), Agent (if applicable), and Guest (if applicable) if the Fleet manager clicks on 'Send updated reservation details' button from the option/booking summary (can only be initiated manually)

Option/booking status is changed to 'Waiting for payment'

Email is sent to Fleet manager(s), Agent (if applicable), and Guest (if applicable) when the Fleet manager changes reservation status to 'Waiting for payment'

Payment received

Email is sent to Fleet manager(s), Agent (if applicable) and Guest (if applicable) after the reservation status has been changed to Deposit or Paid in full

Payment reminder

Email is sent to Fleet manager(s), Agent (if applicable), and Guest (if applicable). It serves as a reminder that the payment is due today for the first payment and within three days for all subsequent payments. The Fleet Manager can also send it manually if needed
