Reports module has been created to help you gain insight into your operations, including sales, trip performance and cash flow.
Sales reports
General Sales : this report displays sales records for a specified date range in table format. You can select one or multiple vessels, as well as choose to group records by week/month/quarter/year. The columns display Direct sales, Agent sales (net amount), Agent commission, as well as Total sales. The data can easily be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
General Sales (Chart): This report displays sales records visually in bar chart format. As in the sales report in table format, you can select one or multiple vessels, as well as choose to group records by week/month/quarter/year. Hover over the bars to see the amounts of Direct sales, Agent sales (net amount), Agent commission, as well as Agent commission.
Sales by Product: This report displays sales records by product and provides a comparison to a previous period in table format. You can choose to view records of one or multiple vessels. The data can easily be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
Sales by Channel: This report displays sales records by channel (direct and agent) and provides a comparison to a previous period in table format. You can choose to view records of one or multiple vessels. For agent sales, records are broken down by agent. The data can easily be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
Sale by Rate Plan: This report displays sales records by rate plan (Individual/Group/Charter/Specials) in bar chart format. You can select one or multiple vessels, as well as choose to group records by week/month/quarter/year. The data can easily be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
Trip Performance reports
General Occupancy: This report displays occupancies of each trip and revenue (confirmed/under option/lost) within a specified date range in table format. You can select one or multiple vessels, as well as choose to group records by month/quarter/year. Occupancy rate is shown as a %, and number of vacant spaces is specified for each trip. The Money Lost value represents the potential revenue calculated using the “Standard” rate plan for vacant spaces. This report also displays Revenue (for confirmed bookings), Revenue under Option, and Lost (due to vacant spots). The data can easily be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
Financial Occupancy: This report provides a financial view of trip occupancy within a specified date range in table format. You can select one or multiple vessels, as well as choose to group records by month/quarter/year. It shows key financial and occupancy metrics per trip, including potential revenue, actual revenue from confirmed bookings, and both physical and financial occupancy rates, as well as the value of unsold bed spaces. The report compares the potential revenue calculated using the “Standard” rate plan with the actual revenue generated from confirmed bookings across all rate plans. The data can easily be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
Capacity & Composition: This report displays the composition of spaces (booked/vacant/waiting list/locked) by cabin type within a specified date range in bar chart format. The data can easily be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
Cash Flow reports
Cash Flow: This report displays Scheduled vs Actual cash received, as well as Balance receivable by week in table format. Current week is highlighted, and past due amounts for previous weeks are shown in orange. The data can easily be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
Cash Flow (Chart): This report displays Scheduled vs Actual cash received, as well as Balance receivable by week in bar chart format. Current week is highlighted, Scheduled and Actual cash received are shown in different colours (grey and purple) and past due amounts for previous weeks are shown in orange. Hover over the bars to see the amounts of Actual, Scheduled and Overdue payments. The data can easily be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
A/R Aging Summary: This report shows the unpaid transactions along with the duration for which they've been outstanding. This report helps businesses identify transactions that are open and allows them to keep on top of slow-paying guests/agents.
