How to setup availability integration with Scubadates

In order to set up the integration you need an active Scubadates account and request integration keys from Scubadates team.

Tip : please complete full setup in Inseanq (including cabins, products, trips & schedule, prices) before proceeding with the integration

Click Integrations on the left navigation bar and select Scubadates. Check the box Enable Scubadates Integration to proceed to the settings and follow the next steps:

  • Type the name of the country in Country tab

  • Enter Vessel keys in the Vessel tab

  • Skip the Ports tab - the ports will be populated automatically

  • Enter destination keys in the Product tab

  • Type Cabin types names in the Cabin type tab, and indicate sort order for each cabin type (we suggest to rank them from the less expensive to the most expensive)

  • Click save

Copy the link for the CSV file and send it to Scubadates team to request data import setup.
