In the Widgets module you can set up multiple custom widgets. You will be able to choose specific vessels and products, rate plans and/or specials to be displayed on the different pages of your website.
Widgets
Open Widgets from the navigation bar on the left. Click Create if you would like to set a new widget:
Enter widget’s name
Indicate if you would like to display open dates for private charters
Indicate if you would like to hide trips with booking closed status
Indicate if you would like to hide sold-out trips (we do recommend to keep displaying sold out trip to enable Waiting List feature for your direct customers)
Indicate if you would like to hide vessel name - can be used if you have a specific widget on vessel page of your website
Indicate if you would like to enable the month of departure view for dates filter
Indicate if you would like to display vessel details - clicking on the vessel's name will open a window with information about the vessel.
Indicate if you would like to keep or hide filters on widget
Set up the date range if you would like to display trips only within certain time frame
Display trips for specific countries & destinations - filter displayed trips based on the countries & destinations connected to vessel products
Set the number of trips to be visible per one widget's page (left-right pagination will be available)
Send copy of widget options/bookings notifications to a specific inbox - here you can specify email which will receive a copy of each booking related notification, can be used for widgets added to third-party websites
Pick liveaboard(s) to display
Enable specific products, rate plans, and/or special offers for booking via online widget
Click Save
Open the newly created widget from the list. Copy the Widget code and embed it into your website.
All created widgets will be displayed in a list. You can easily deactivate, copy, delete, edit or preview all of them.
Widget settings
To setup general settings applicable to all widgets open Widget Settings from the the navigation bar on the left and indicate the following:
Instant optioning: selecting 'Yes' enables guests to directly create options (instantly putting spaces on hold) for a specified number of days; selecting 'No' allows guests to submit requests for spaces that require your review and approval to put an option
Enable adding Extra Service: this setting will add an additional step to a booking flow to put on extra services while booking
Enable indicating country of residence - use this settings in case you need to know the country of residence of the person who placed a booking
Enable display the number of available spaces: will show how many spaces are available for booking on each trip
Option duration: number of days before option automatically expires if the booking is not confirmed
Terms & Conditions: write down the applicable terms & conditions
