How to collect and store the essential information about your agents

Here you can find the list of your Agents where you can search the particular agent based on their key information, access their card, edit commission & option duration from the date of putting spaces on hold until an automatic expiration, connect & disconnect an agent and get a shareable link to invite new agents for collaboration.

All the records including information about reservations of the particular agent are created automatically.

Tip: the list of Agents can easily be exported to an Excel spreadsheet

Agent’s card

Agent’s card contains the essential information about your resellers including the following tabs:

  • Details (status, commission, option expiry date, email, phone number, invoice information (is filled based on the details which should be completed by each agent via their own profile), comment)

  • Reservations

  • Credit notes

New agents setup via shareable link

To setup new agents, click 'Get shareable link' on top of the screen:

  • copy the shareable link and send to the agent, or

  • specify their email and click 'send'

New agents setup via the list of prospect agents

The list of agents, already registered in the system and open for cooperation, will be displayed below your connected agents. Agents may choose to switch on / off their visibility to vessel operators via the system, thus some of the agents might not be open for the invitations.

To send invitation use three dots symbols on the right and click Connect.

Pop-up with agent's conditions settings will be opened.

Make customization of conditions if required and click Save.

The invitation to cooperate will be sent to the agent accordingly.

Getting requests for cooperation from agents

The invitation for cooperation tool works the other way around, you may receive the invitations from agents via the system.

Pending invitation from agents will appear above the agent's list.

Click Accept if you would like to connect and provide access to your schedule and availability.

Pop-up with agent's conditions settings will be opened. Make customization of conditions if required and click Save.

Click Decline if you don't want to cooperate with this agent.

You can edit or disconnect any agent by clicking the three dots symbols on the right. Disconnected agents will still appear in the list (in grey) and, if needed, can be re-connected again.
