The guest form application contains the information which is required to obtain required permissions and provide the quality service during the booking process and onboard. It's not uncommon for vessel operators to have several options/bookings with the same repeating guests and sometimes you may want to reuse the information from the previous applications when dealing with a new option/booking for your repeater. Therefore we are happy to introduce new Pro+ plan feature allowing you to transfer / reuse the essential guest's information.
To employ previously entered guest's data please follow the steps below:
Open new option/booking, navigate to the Guests tab. Please make sure that the guest has been previously linked with a guest record inside the Customer database. It’s also possible to link the guest with the guest record in the Customer database via Guest form. Open the guest form, click 'Link' to customer and pop-up will open. Search and select corresponding guest record in the list and click 'Link'.
Open new guest form application of the guest
Click 'Employ previous data' and pop-up will open
Select previous application which information you would like to employ in a new guest form and click 'Submit'
Reconfirm your selection in heads-up modal. All the fields will be pre-filled except of the Travel Arrangements and Extra Services
