Sales representative is an additional feature which may be helpful for Vessel operators with a bigger team and several sales and reservations managers. This feature allows to assign options/bookings to particular user, i.e. Sales rep, and enables easier navigation through existing options/bookings afterwards as well as team performance review.
To assign Sales rep to a particular option/booking, please open Summary tab of any option/booking, find Sales rep field and select the user you would like to assign from the drop-down menu. Click Save. You may reassign option/booking at any time via pencil icon.
Once there are assigned options/bookings you may use the Sales rep filter on the options/bookings list. Sales representative will also be mentioned below the options/booking status. In exported Excel a separate column will be added accordingly.
