After you have linked and marked a Guest as Lead for the option/booking (for details, please see Customer database: guests), you can use the Lead Guest's phone number and email from the drop-down menu for communication on the option/booking as well as to allow all subsequent notifications to be sent to the Guest's particular emailbox:
Tip: please make sure you have at least one email or phone number added to the Lead Guest's card accordingly
This tool can also be used to change the contact email for options/bookings made via Widget. To do so, you should add the new email to the Lead Guest's card and choose the correct one from the drop-down menu on the option Summary tab to be used for further notifications.
