Availability
Availability is the core module which hosts the schedule of trips, along with the pricing details and number of spots in each of the three states - available, on option, and booked. The filtering tools on top assist in identifying trips that meet the set criteria, such as date range, itinerary, cabin type, and number of spaces available.
You can zoom in on any trip and review its details, such as pricing, optioned/booked/available spaces, and occupancy types.
Options / bookings
Under Options / bookings you can access your options/bookings at all stages of the booking confirmation cycle.
Within any option or booking, you can review its details, download pdf-invoice, access guest forms, etc.
Through Guest forms module you can send unique links inviting your guests to fill out your online form, track progress in real time and conveniently access all completed forms.
Please note you may fill out forms on your clients' behalf.
Under Transactions module you can review transactions. Use filtering and search tools on top to help find the transactions you need. Transactions can easily be exported to an Excel spreadsheet.
In situations where integration with the current system of the Vessel operator cannot guarantee the real-time data exchange and availability that are required for immediate booking, a Booking request may be used. To view the list of booking requests, please go to the left navigation bar and select the corresponding tab. We recommend you to consider the booking requests as requests for tentative options, as they provide the necessary data for the Vessel operator to proceed.
Waiting list functionality allows your customers to be added to waiting lists on fully booked trips to be notified if spaces become available.
Vessel Operators
Under the Vessel Operators section in the left side Menu, you will find a list of fleets available at Inseanq. The list provides you with details about the company name, vessel names, and countries they are cruising.
Filters on top of the list will help you to navigate through the operators by the status of their relation to your Agency (Connected, Prospect, Disconnected, Declined).
Settings
General settings tab includes basic information that you will be asked to fill in. Yet, it is important to Vessel Operators as this data will be used for invoicing and other contact purposes.
Billing is a new tool that allows you to control all your company's invoices and payments to Inseanq (applicable if you are using the paid services such as availability distribution tools).
Users
You will find a 'Users' tab in the left navigation bar under the Settings module. Users section provides you with access to the list of current users. Here you can edit their essential information, change the Role to limit the system permissions, delete them, or edit a new one if required.
Roles module is a constructor where you can create, delete, or edit a role with a customized level of access. Naturally, certain people inside your company don’t need to have access to the full functionality of Inseanq to successfully complete their tasks, therefore, you may need to assign them a specific role and manage their level of access to the system features and modules.
Integrations
Agencies are now able to utilize availability distribution tools in order to export the availability of specific vessels and feed the data to their own system/website.
In the Integration settings bar, indicate all fleets/vessels that should be accessible through the availability distribution tools, including CSV or API integrations and Widgets.
