Availability import is quite sensitive to the significant changes in the data you provide therefore some errors may occur during this process. You will be notified via email of any such errors and provided with details on how they can be rectified.
In case something went wrong during availability import you will see the exclamation mark in the left navigation bar. Open Availability import module and check import status bar. Errors may result in two different statuses of the availability import: Import successful or Import failed.
Click View log button to examine the errors and receive the hints on how to fix them.
Below you can find the list of possible errors and advices on how to fix them. Please note that not all errors are critical - the majority of cases you will see are going to be about not linked data meaning that there is a new product or port which requires mapping with the corresponding entity in Inseanq so please make sure that you content in Inseanq is always up to date. The tabs where there are some not linked entities will have red exclamation mark.

Availability data import failed - Unexpected error occurred. Our team is already working on it.
Tip: The message above will be displayed in case something went wrong on our side. We closely monitor such issues and will address them in a timely manner.
Unlinked data - critical mapping error. Availability wasn’t imported for mentioned vessel(s) - Please check Vessel tab in Mapping module to resolve the issue
Unlinked data - mapping error. Some data couldn't be imported - Some data are not linked. Please check the corresponding tabs in Mapping module to resolve the issue
Mapping error - Maximum cabin type spaces amount has been exceeded - Cabin setup error. Please make sure that cabin types & cabins setup in Inseanq are matching provided data
