Agencies are now able to utilize availability distribution tools in order to export the availability of specific vessels and feed the data to their own system/website.
How to enable availability distribution tools
Open Integrations module from the left navigation bar and select Integration settings. Click on Enable availability distribution radio button and confirm settings.
You will find the list of available for export Fleets/Vessels below. Select all required Fleets or particular Vessels you are interested in. You can use search bar to narrow your choice. Click Add selected vessels to confirm your selection.
Availability export via CSV file
Open Integrations module from the left navigation bar and select Availability export. To generate the link to CSV file you will need to indicate the IP-address which will be used to access the file. Please note: to ensure security, the CSV file will only be accessible from a specified IP address. Click Apply. The link to CSV file will appear below. The data in CSV file is updated with every request you make.
Availability & data export via API
Open Integrations module from the left navigation bar and select Availability export. To access the API you will need to indicate the IP-address which will be used to access the file. Please note: to ensure security, the API will only be accessible from a specified IP address. Click Apply. Click Generate API key. The API key will appear in a corresponding field. You will see the link to API documentation below. Please follow it to review the API structure and access the data for selected Fleets/Vessels.
API provides detailed information about availability and prices as well as cabins and products details and extras.
Kindly note that there will be a monthly charge for using the availability distribution tools. If you add more vessels during your subscription period, an extra payment will be processed.
