Open Integration settings in the left navigation bar and enable the Widgets add-on. Click on Confirm settings. The Widgets and Widget settings modules will appear afterward.
Open Widgets from the navigation bar on the left. Click Create if you would like to set up a new widget:
Under Widget content tab, enter the widget’s name
Select all Vessel operators or particular vessel(s) you would like to display on the widget. Please make sure that you have connected you Agency profile with selected Vessel operators. Move to Settings tab
Indicate if you would like to display trips with special offers only
Indicate if you would like to display charter trips only
Indicate if you would like to hide sold-out trips
Indicate if you would like to hide the vessel name (if you are creating the widget for one vessel and it will be displayed on the vessel page then you can hide the vessel name display to make the interface of the widget even cleaner)
Indicate if you would like to keep or hide some filters on widget. If you select Yes, then the list of the filters will appear. Customize your settings in accordance with your needs here
Indicate if you would like to display trips for specific countries & destinations. If Yes is selected, then the drop-down will appear with the list of countries where selected earlier vessels operate. You can filter all displayed trips by the countries indicated here.
Set the number of trips to be visible per one widget's page (left-right pagination will be available)
Indicate whether you want to display trips for selected products only. If Yes is selected, a drop-down menu will appear with a list of products associated with the vessels you selected earlier. You can use this to filter the displayed trips by the specified products
Set up the date range if you would like to display trips only within certain time frame
Click Save
Open the newly created widget from the list. Copy the Widget code and embed it into your website
All created widgets will be displayed in a list. You can easily deactivate, copy, delete, edit or preview all of them.
To setup general settings applicable to all widgets open Widget Settings from the the navigation bar on the left and indicate the following:
Enable adding Extra Service : this setting will add an additional step to a booking flow to put on extra services while booking
Add a code for Google Tag Manager integration for Widget (can be used by your team for marketing purposes)
Terms & Conditions : write down the applicable terms & conditions
