Add option flow on the Widget operates similarly to the option creation process available through your Agency access.

On the 'add option' screen that opens up after clicking on Select cabin button the guest should:

  • Review trip & price details

  • Select the applicable rate plan / special and proceed to cabin selection

  • In the chosen cabin, select the occupancy from the drop-down list, enter the guest's name (optional), specify gender and click 'add'

A few tips:

  1. Applicable Booking / Cancellation policy details for each Rate plan can be found under the question mark icon

  2. To help identify cabins and support the choice guests may refer to the deck plan by clicking on a 'View deck plan' above the cabins

  3. More details about the cabins and photos for each cabin type are available when clicking on 'Show more'

  4. View trip and price details upper right corner will open Trip details with included, obligatory & extras

In the option summary box to the right the guest can:

  • Review Booking amount, guests, surcharges and Total

'Proceed' will bring the guest to the next step of adding Extra Services. This page could differ from one Vessel Operator to another and this step is optional. In case 'Select extra services' page is available, the guest may choose to request the services or to skip it and 'Create option'. Alternatively, Extra services can be requested via Guest Form Applications.

On the last step, the guest should:

  • Enter contact information

  • Optionally, add a comment or special request

Automatic notifications will be sent to you and the vessel operator. You will find the option under your Agency access.

Full charter option creation process is initiated via Book charter button, which automatically adds all available spaces to the cart. Additionally, the "Select Extra Services" page is not available, meaning that all extras should be added to the option afterward.

In the Options/Bookings module within your Agency access, you can find such options marked as Widget options. These are your options with the corresponding Vessel operators.

There are some additional unique fields within such options (including guest contact details and guest notes); however, please note that, except for completing the guest form at the current stage, you will need to manage payments and other guest-related details outside of the system.
