New option for individual guests
From the Availability module click the triple dot symbol to the right of the trip to which you would like to add an option
Click 'add option'
(Alternatively, click on the trip to zoom in and click 'add option' on the screen that opens up to the right)
On the 'add option' screen that opens up:
Review trip & price details
Select the applicable rate plan / special and proceed to cabin selection
In the chosen cabin, select the occupancy from the drop-down list, enter the guest's name (optional), specify gender and click 'add'
Tip: In order to prevent double booking, once you add a guest their selected space will be reserved for 30 minutes to allow enough time to enter the remaining details and save the option
In the option summary box to the right:
Select 'direct sale' or 'agent' (select name of agent from the drop-down)
Enter the lead guest name for the booking (optional)
Edit option expiry (optional)
Specify details in the comment box (visible to lead guest/agent and Fleet manager)
Click 'create option' to finalize
Automatic notifications will be sent to agent (if applicable) and Fleet manager
New option for groups
From the Availability module click the triple dot symbol to the right of the trip to which you would like to add an option
Click 'add option'
(Alternatively, click on the trip to zoom in and click 'add option' on the screen that opens up to the right)
On the 'add option' screen that opens up:
Review trip & price details
Select the applicable rate plan / special and proceed to cabin selection
Tip: Once the minimum number of paid guests requirement in the rate plan is met, free of charge (FoC) or discount will be applied automatically.
Tip: If the space usually offered as FoC is not available at the time of creating the group option, standard price of FoC space will appear as a credit - you can then decide to provide a space in a different cabin and adjust the price accordingly.
Next, follow the same steps as when adding an option for individual booking.
New option for full charter
From the Availability module click the triple dot symbol to the right of the trip to which you would like to add an option
Click 'option charter'
(Alternatively, click on the trip to zoom in and click 'option full charter' on the screen that opens up to the right)
Select 'direct sale' or 'agent' (select name of agent from the drop-down)
Enter the lead guest name for the booking (optional)
Edit option expiry (optional)
Specify details in the comment box (visible to lead guest/agent and Fleet manager)
Click 'create option' to finalize
Automatic notifications will be sent to agent (if applicable) and Fleet manager
