Open dates full charter availability
If your Vessel's operations focus on full charter reservations that are flexible in dates we suggest to use the following tool
Tip: Agents will be able to send requests for open full charter reservations through our system directly to your email address
Click 'create' on top of the Availability screen
Select 'free dates charter'
Select a vessel from the drop-down (if you only operate one vessel skip this step)
Enter the start and end for the date range when open dates full charter bookings are allowed
Specify details in the comment box
Click 'save'
Tip: If you would like to create multiple full charter date ranges in same session, click 'save & next' (rather than 'save')
Out of service dates
Click 'create' on top of the Availability screen
Select 'Out of service'
Select a vessel from the drop-down (if you only operate one vessel skip this step)
Select the type of out-of-service dates: Dry dock, Maintenance or Transition
Enter the start and end for the date range of the dry dock period
Specify details in the comment box
Click 'save'
Tip: If you would like to create multiple dry dock date ranges in the same session, click 'save & next' (rather than 'save')
