If you need to set aside some cabins (or reduce number of cabins due to capacity restrictions on select trips ) and block them from booking across all sales channels, you can use the 'lock' function.
Click the triple dot symbol to the right of an available space in the cabin you would like to block and click 'lock'.
The green 'available' marker will turn to grey 'lock' marker, and the cabin will be blocked.
Alternatively if you have a rarely used cabin (or a cabin which is used on request only) you can customize cabin availability settings and mark it as locked by default (click 'edit' to the right of the cabin that you would like to modify).
Tip: Only available cabins can be locked.
Tip: Locked cabins are only visible to the Vessel manager
