Availability is the core module which hosts the schedule of all Vessel Operators' trips, along with the pricing details and number of spots in each of the three states - available, on option and booked. The filtering tools on top assist in identifying trips that meet the set criteria, such as destination, vessel, date range, product, departure port, duration, and number of spaces available.
Availability module has the following filtering tools to help you navigate the list of trips in your schedule:
Departure dates: only show trips starting in the specified date range
Destination: only show selected countries or/and specific geographical areas of operations
Vessel: only show trips on the specified vessel(s)/fleet(s)
Product: only show trips based on the specified itinerary
Departure port: only show trips departing from selected port(s)
Duration: only show trips of indicated duration (in nights)
Cabin type: only show trips that have spaces available in the specified cabin type (default setting: 'all')
# of guests: only show trips with a specified number of spaces available
Hide sold out trips: check this box to only show trip with available spaces
Only confirmed trips: check this box to only show confirmed trips
Charter: check this box to only show charter trips
Show special deals: check this box to only show trips with specials
You can switch between Basic view (shows total spaces) and Detailed view (shows spaces per cabin type).
Tip: once at least one filter is applied, 'reset filter' icon appears - click to clear all filters and return to the default view.
You can zoom into any trip and review its details such as pricing per cabin type, list of specific spaces available, occupancy types, your own options/bookings (if any), and expiry dates for optioned spaces.
