Release on sale is a Pro+ feature allowing you to open not occupied spaces on full charter options/bookings on sale. Not occupied spaces appear in full charter options/bookings when add/delete tool has been to decrease the number of guests.
In such cases Release on sale button will be displayed in trip details. Click on the button and confirm the action via modal. Please note that Release on sale can't be reversed if used.
Not occupied spaces will change its status to available and trip availability will recalculated. Available spaces can be optioned/booked under retail and group rate plans / special offers enabled for this trip.
Tip: Please make sure that there are enabled rate plans/specials before using Release on sale. Otherwise the feature won't be available
Tip: You can still use add/delete tool to manage the number of guests in original full charter option/booking. Release on sale doesn't change the full charter rate plan / special. It means that there will be certain limitations in case you decide to reschedule this booking - it can be rescheduled as full charter only to trips where full charter rate plan / special is enabled
