Setting option expiry
The number of days before option expiry (based on your time zone) can be set in these three ways:ย
The default is set in General Settings and is applied to all options unless you make custom edits
Each agent's option expiry setting can be customized in the Agents module
You can set a custom expiry date when adding a new option
For options created through the widget you can set the option expiry in the Widget Setup
After an option expires, spaces are made available for booking again, and notifications are automatically sent.
Cancelling an option
Fleet manager can manually cancel an option before its expiry by changing option status to 'cancelled'.ย
Tip: For reservations made by agents, the agents will be notified. For direct sales made through the widget, the guests will be notified. Please note that automated notifications are not sent to guests for options created by the Fleet manager.
